Blackpool

Photo // I’ve been drawn back to the town where I grew up on numerous occasions. It's a place that is always trying to re-invent itself, to stay relevant and attractive to visitors in the 21st Century. Despite the cosmetic changes - necessitated by both market forces as well as the winds blasting in from the Irish Sea I find those people on the ‘front-line’ of tourism to be always interesting; the people reading your palm, serving you fish and chips in the driving rain and taking you up and down the promenade in a horse-drawn landau
