Photo + Audio interviews // Street Gallery put artwork in windows, turning homes into galleries. Houses in the former pit community of Dawdon, County Durham displayed artworks in their windows with works from Durham University's Art Collection as well as local artists. During the Covid-19 pandemic when people weren't able to congregate or go out and visit museums and art galleries, the people of Dawdon got together with producer Eleanor Mathieson and East Durham Creates to host an exhibition across the former mining village, hosted from people's living room windows.

I’m based in beautiful Folkestone on the south coast of England and work predominantly in London. I shoot both location and studio photography and can provide total shoot production facilities: from location and models, to stylists, hair & make-up, set builders, props and so on.

An upbringing in the North of England combined with a Fine Art Degree in London have been major influences on both my photographic practice as well as how I interact with people: being able to get the right image whilst maintaining a natural, easy-going relationship with those I am photographing is key for me.

A lot of what I shoot is used over multiple platforms: web, print, social and all the different spaces in between, so I never forget the really important stuff like being able to get multiple crops out of one image and keeping space for logos, copy or subtitles.
